Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pressure Washing: Regularly clean building exteriors, walkways, pool decks, and other common areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Bike Rentals: Inspect, clean, and maintain resort-owned bicycles; ensure guests have a smooth rental experience; report or resolve any mechanical issues.
• Painting: Assist with touch-up painting, minor cosmetic repairs, and occasional larger painting projects as directed.
• General Groundskeeping: Support in keeping resort grounds tidy and presentable; dispose of trash and debris as necessary.
• Department Support: Provide cross-departmental assistance, including moving supplies, helping housekeeping or maintenance teams, and other general tasks as needed.
• Guest Service: Occasionally interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance or directions as appropriate.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
