Description:
Daydream Island Resort is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Part Time Porter at Daydream Island, within the Front Office department. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the resort and providing exceptional service to our guests. Your main responsibilities will include:

Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing assistance with their luggage
Escorting guests to their rooms and familiarising them with the resort's facilities
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas
Assisting with valet parking services when required
Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Adhering to safety and security protocols at all times
