Apartment community is seeking experienced Porter/Groundskeeper for a 228-Unit Community in Houston, Texas.

The ideal candidate will be well organized, able to multi-task, have a professional and positive attitude and be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, co-workers, and vendors. Bilingual is a plus+.

Must have reliable transportation. Will work some weekends if/when needed - Not required. The candidate will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the grounds and common areas of the property.

Duties included: picking up trash, daily property walk to check for any hazards, cleaning laundry rooms, checking boiler rooms and mechanical rooms. May be asked to assist maintenance at times when needed.

6 months minimum experience.

Must be dependable and punctual with a clear background check
