Matchworks is looking for enthusiastic and collaborative Post Placement Support Consultant, who will help to turn jobs into lasting careers by coaching people and employers to build inclusive, supportive workplaces.

What you’ll do

As a Post Placement Support Consultant in our team you’ll:

Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.

What you’ll bring

A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
