Responsibilities
- Coordinating laboratory activities, overall experiment planning, prioritization, and creation of milestones and schedules
- Design and execution of cell culture studies (skin cells, skin models)
- Analysis using molecular biological methods
- Experiment evaluation, data analysis, interpretation of results, preparation of experiment reports, and presentation of results
- Independent research of technical literature and identification and introduction of new and optimized methods
- Project management in innovation projects for internal and external customers
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments
Requirements
- Completed doctoral studies in biology, biotechnology, molecular biology, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of cell culture techniques and molecular biology methods, as well as experience in conducting independent research projects and analyzing scientific literature
- Project management skills, including collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in working with skin cells and in the cosmetics industry is an advantage
- Confident use of PC applications, in particular Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis programs (e.g., GraphPad)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as an independent and solution-oriented approach to work
