Powder Coating Specialists

Got Rack is hiring Powder Coating Specialists to finish steel racking and mezzanine components. This role ensures a durable and consistent finish on all fabricated products.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ experience in powder coating or industrial painting

• Familiarity with prep, application, and curing processes

• Strong attention to surface quality and finish standards

• Ability to support warehouse operations when needed

• Knowledge of inventory and cycle counting preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Powder coating guns, hoppers, curing ovens, and related tools

• Adherence to paint booth and fabrication safety standards
