• Greet customers and assist them in identifying and ordering the correct parts, accessories, and apparel.
• Provide accurate parts lookup using manufacturer catalogs and dealership software (e.g., Lightspeed).
• Support the Service Department by supplying needed parts for repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory accuracy — including receiving, stocking, labeling, and organizing parts.
• Process orders, invoices, returns, and warranty parts efficiently.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining a clean, attractive parts showroom.
• Handle phone and online inquiries for parts availability, pricing, and shipping.
• Build long-term customer relationships through product knowledge, reliability, and follow-up.
• Stay current on new product lines, promotions, and technical updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
