Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including brake repair and diagnostics.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality.
• Stay updated on the latest powersports technologies and repair techniques.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role within an powersports dealership is preferred.
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and vehicle maintenance practices.
• Strong understanding of brake repair systems and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
