Description:
THE ROLE

As a Sales Assistant at M.J. Bale, you will play an important role in delivering a premium and personalised in-store experience for every customer.

You will work closely with the leadership team to maintain exceptional store presentation standards, build customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets within a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, menswear, and customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deliver exceptional customer service and styling experiences
• Build strong customer relationships and brand loyalty
• Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPI’s
• Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Support day-to-day store operations and stock management
• Contribute to a positive and team-focused culture

Skills and Experiences:
ABOUT YOU

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for fashion, styling, and menswear
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
• Positive, reliable, and motivated attitude
• Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and peak trade periods
