Job Description: PPRT Teacher – The Sanskriti School, Bhopal (CBSE)

Position: Pre-Primary Teacher (PPRT)

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Learning:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with CBSE guidelines and early childhood education best practices.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Develop age-appropriate teaching materials and activities to support holistic development.
• Student Engagement:
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and positive social interactions among students.
• Monitor and assess each child’s progress and provide individualized support as needed.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and cheerful classroom atmosphere.
• Implement effective discipline strategies to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Parental Communication:
• Provide regular updates to parents about student progress and classroom activities.
• Address parental concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or equivalent certification.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience at the pre-primary level (preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity in lesson planning and activity design.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
