Main tasks
Your main mission will be to assist the PR & Communication Coordinator in implementing the company strategy into a sound marketing and PR strategy, supporting Essentiel Antwerp’s international development through both global and local actions in the countries where we are present.
You assist in maintaining daily contact with stylists and our external PR agencies.
You help to coordinate our in-house press showroom and take care of lending out items.
You are responsible for keeping the showroom relevant and neat.
You assist in organizing seeding, gifting, and sponsoring.
You research relevant content and trends concerning social media, and come up with proposals.
You create easy content together with or briefed by marketing/strategy.
Who are you
You are a student at a Belgian institution.
You are in your second or third Bachelor in Communication, Marketing or Business.
You have excellent organizational skills and show attention to detail.
You can pick things up quickly and are an independent problem-solver.
You have a hands-on mentality.
You have good written and oral communication skills in English & Dutch.
You are familiar with making content on Instagram & TikTok.
You are comfortable with Microsoft pack office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
You have a passion and sense for fashion.
