We are looking for the best PR Product Specialist out there!

Your Challenge:

• Product Mastery: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of vivo's product portfolio (smartphones, accessories, OS features) and core technologies.
• Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical FAQs, specification sheets, and competitive comparison matrices to support PR and media needs.
• Technical Storytelling: Transform complex product details into consumer-friendly messaging for PR campaigns, press materials, and events without compromising technical precision.
• Quality Control: Rigorously review all PR materials containing product claims to ensure 100% technical accuracy in specifications and feature descriptions.
• PR Partnership: Collaborate with the PR team to develop market-focused product narratives that align with global branding while addressing local market nuances.
• Team Enablement: Conduct regular product training sessions for PR and marketing teams, keeping them updated on technical differentiators and innovations.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain detailed competitive analyses to inform PR messaging and prepare for technical Q&A sessions.
• Event Support: Lead flawless product demonstrations at launches, trade shows, and media events.

Your profile includes:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (EE/CE), Computer Science, Technical Communication, or related technical field, with demonstrated ability to translate complex product details.
• 3+ years in technical product roles (Product Management, Technical Marketing, Solutions Engineering) in smartphones/consumer electronics.
• Professional-level English & German in both spoken and written.
• Deep understanding of mobile hardware, software, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain 100% accuracy in technical documentation and communications. Rigorous approach to fact-checking and verification of all product claims and specifications.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly for different audience levels (media, consumers, executives).
