Description:
M.J. Bale is on the lookout for a PR & Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & Brand team. This is a newly created role, bringing together social media, PR, and brand storytelling — perfect for someone who loves creating impact, building buzz, and shaping how a premium brand shows up in market.

You’ll work closely with our Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams (and external partners) to bring campaigns, launches, and stories to life across social and media channels.

What you’ll be doing

Owning the day-to-day management of M.J. Bale’s social media channels, including content planning, posting, and community engagement

Supporting and executing PR and media activity, including press outreach, media coordination, and campaign support

Assisting with brand storytelling, launches, and seasonal campaigns

Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is on-brand, consistent, and impactful

Monitoring performance and engagement, providing insights to continuously improve content and reach

Staying ahead of digital, social, and PR trends to keep M.J. Bale relevant and cutting-edge

Skills and Experiences:
What we’re looking for

Experience in social media management, ideally within fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands

Exposure to PR, communications, or media relations (agency or in-house)

Strong writing skills and an eye for tone, detail, and brand consistency

Confidence juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, organised, and creative mindset

Someone who loves storytelling, content, and bringing ideas to life
