Enthusiastic Practice manager required for a busy, medical practice in Cashel, Co Tipperary.
The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills with good business and HR knowledge.
They will oversee the day to day running of the practice with the support of a motivated team. They will manage personnel and coordinate rosters, develop protocols for the optimisation of the practice.
They will liaise with accountants re payroll, HSE, suppliers, third parties and handle and process all documentation to optimise the efficient running of the practice. Aiming to ensure that the highest level of patient care and experience are met.
Excellent terms and conditions apply for the successful candidate with an attractive pay scale, holiday and sick leave entitlements etc. Knowledge of general practice would be beneficial but not essential. Proven success in managerial role required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €26.00-€28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 01/01/2025
