Job Description

The Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a seamless patient experience from initial contact to post-procedure follow-ups. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management:
• Oversee clinic operations, ensuring all areas function efficiently and smoothly.
• Manage scheduling and appointment systems to maximize clinic efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
• Patient Experience:
• Ensure a high standard of patient care and satisfaction throughout the entire patient journey.
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Implement patient feedback systems and continuously improve service delivery.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the clinic staff, including medical, administrative, and support teams.
• Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss clinic performance and areas for improvement.
• Financial Management:
• Oversee billing and financial processes, including handling deposits and full payments.
• Manage clinic budgets, financial reports, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide patients with information about financing options and manage payment plans.
• Inventory and Equipment Management:
• Ensure all medical supplies and equipment are well-maintained and adequately stocked.

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare management or a similar field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
