We are seeking a motivated, organised, and sales-focused Practice Manager to lead our team at Restore Health & Wellness Clinic in St Leonards.
The Opportunity:
This is an ideal role for someone with strong sales and communication skills, keen to step into a leadership position and grow with the business. Previous practice management experience is desirable but not essential — attitude, drive, and people skills are what matter most.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and practitioner schedules
Handle patient inquiries, bookings, and relationship management
Drive new patient acquisition through proactive sales and marketing activities
Support recruitment, staff coordination, and team morale
Maintain high standards of customer service and clinic presentation
Track key business metrics and assist with reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in sales, with a proactive mindset
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable, and solutions-focused
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using booking systems and CRM software
- Previous experience in a clinic, health, or customer-facing role is a plus, but not essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,535.00 – $79,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplementary Pay:
- Commission
- Performance bonus
Language:
- Mandarin (Required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (Required)
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 01/08/2025
