Your responsibilities will be:
- Supervise students in professional settings and facilitate skill development through practical sessions and assessments.
- Implement education strategies compliant with industry standards and monitor student progress during practicum experiences.
- Collaborate with the ESS team to provide feedback, develop curriculum, and support innovative fieldwork education models.
- Engage in administrative functions related to course management, including liaising with practicum supervisors and ensuring compliance with university policies.
- Uphold high standards of professional conduct, participating in decision-making processes within the academic community.
Who we are looking for:
- A degree in Exercise Science or equivalent and currently registered as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA), and at least two years’ experience in a relevant area.

- Demonstrate high level interpersonal, oral and written communication skills as an effective educator.
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to establish effective relationships and to represent and promote ESS at an interprofessional, university and wider community level.
- Demonstrate ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work effectively autonomously.
- Demonstrated experience in innovative models of practicum education.
- As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered
