JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Retail Performance & Store Analytics Intern to join the Prada Retail Performance team. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the core of the retail organization, supporting strategic and operational decision-making through data analysis and business insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the Retail Performance team in monitoring and analyzing store performance across all markets and preparing weekly retail performance reviews for the Head of Retail.
- Supporting HQ initiatives across markets (e.g. push money, incentive schemes, store workforce reporting and staff monitoring).
- Preparing and analyzing retail KPIs, both actuals and targets, in collaboration with the CRM team.
- Preparing ad hoc and daily business analysis to enable timely decision making
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recently graduated or final year student)
Preferably previous internship experience in retail or consumer goods companies
Strong analytical mindset and interest in business performance and patterns
Ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to Have: knowledge or experience with Power BI, familiarity with Mekko charts
