Overview

The Way Church is seeking a passionate and energetic Praise & Worship Leader/Singer to serve alongside and under the leadership of our current Worship Ministry Head. We are looking for someone with strong vocals, confident stage presence, and a heart for leading people into worship.

The ideal candidate will help cultivate a vibrant and engaging worship atmosphere while working collaboratively with our worship and pastoral team.

Responsibilities

• Lead congregational worship during Sunday services and special events.
• Support the vision and direction of the Worship Ministry Head.
• Help create an energetic, Christ-centered worship environment.
• Collaborate with musicians, vocalists, pastors, and the AV team during rehearsals and services.
• Encourage unity, excellence, and spiritual growth within the worship team.
• Assist with rehearsals and preparation for worship services.

Qualifications

• Strong vocal ability and confident stage presence.
• Experience leading vocals in a congregational worship setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to engage and lead a congregation in worship.
• Team-oriented spirit with a humble and teachable attitude.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work well with others.
• Familiarity with contemporary worship music and multicultural worship settings is a plus.
