Vic Park City is a dynamic and customer-focused automotive dealership renowned for delivering high-quality vehicles and exceptional service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Victoria Park. This role is pivotal in ensuring all vehicles are prepared to the highest standards before being delivered to our customers.

Position Overview
The Pre-Delivery Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the preparation and quality control of vehicles before delivery to customers. This includes managing schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring all pre-delivery requirements are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation of new and used vehicles for delivery, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Liaise with the sales, service, and detailing teams to facilitate smooth workflows.
  • Conduct quality checks on vehicles to ensure they meet dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Manage documentation and compliance checks for vehicle registrations and warranties.
  • Organise accessories and customisations as per customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of pre-delivery activities and vehicle statuses.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

About You

  • Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination between teams.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to the role.
  • A current driver’s license is essential.
