Description:
About the role:

• Professionally engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our inventory, including vehicle features and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle options to align with customer desires.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Collaborate with the finance team to present suitable financing options to customers. Maintain a robust customer database and follow up with potential leads to encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed about industry trends, models, and competitor offerings.

Skills and Experiences:
Who we're looking for:

• Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in Pre-Owned Sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong customer rapport.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury vehicle brands, models, and features.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
