About the role:
- Facilitating the sale of Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, meeting sales volume and profitability targets.
- Demonstrating Mercedes-Benz vehicles, features, and capabilities with confidence.
- Ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and enquiries.
- Managing the full sales cycle, including finance introductions, aftermarket and trade-ins.
- Delivering a premium handover experience, ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest standards.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and aftersales engagement.
- Supporting marketing initiatives, product launches, and competitor research.
- Upholding MB training, sales guidelines and brand requirements.
- Accurately maintain records and paperwork and comply with relevant regulations.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous automotive POV sales experience (luxury or retail environment highly regarded).
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering premium experiences.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Professional presentation and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in digital tools and technology.
