Job Description: Pre-Primary TeacherRole Overview

We are seeking a patient, creative, and energetic Pre-Primary Teacher to foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners (ages 3–6). You will play a pivotal role in shaping children's first experiences with school, focusing on early literacy, numeracy, and crucial social-emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Instruction: Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons that introduce foundational reading, writing, and math concepts.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Social Development: Guide children in developing social skills, emotional regulation, empathy, and good habits (e.g., sharing, hygiene).
• Assessment & Reporting: Observe, track, and document each child’s developmental milestones and academic progress.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open, regular communication with parents regarding their child’s growth, behavior, and daily activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a relevant teaching certification (e.g., Montessori, NTT) is preferred
• Experience: Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in a structured setting.
• Skills:
• Exceptional patience, empathy, and communication skills.
• Creativity in developing arts, crafts, music, and storytelling activities.
• Basic knowledge of child CPR and first aid (preferred).
