Key Responsibilities:

• Be the single point of contact of all pre sales matters and supporting sales team by providing technical solution support in security system industry, mainly CCTV surveillance and Biometrics Access Control solution.
• Build solid customer relationships with key accounts, prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure proper customer solution positioning.
• Design and prepare solution proposal after gathering complete inputs from customers.
• Present and demonstrate solutions to prospects.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert of the access control products carried by DeltaFrontier.
• Understand and be able to articulate the differences and strengths of the access products carried by DeltaFrontier.
• Compile and update Competitor Analysis on a regular basis.
• Participate and host in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
• Coordinate on-site Proof of Concept and trial installations.
• Provide in-depth on-site troubleshooting and support system integration and IoT activities.
• Willing for regional travel upon business needs.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree engineering/computer science or hold relevant field.
• 3 years+ of working experience in desktop support, field technician support, application support, or junior systems administration.
• Experience in the systems engineering industry, Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of MS Windows Server and basic PC hardware structure, TCP/IP, Network Structure Firewall, LAN and VLAN.
• Good knowledge in IT communication protocols, such as: SNMP (v1/v3), Modbus/ModbusTCP, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS (SSL/TLS), and FTP/SCP.
• Passion for artificial intelligence/physical security and digital transformation solutions visitor management system, business intelligence and IoT sensor.
• Knowledge of physical security system (Milestone, Hikvision etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
