Job Description

• Position Title: Precision Machinist (CNC Turning/ 5-Axis)
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Machine parts to exact specifications using CNC turning machines.
• Measure, examine, and test completed units to identify defects and ensure they meet specifications, utilizing precision instruments like callipers and micrometres.
• Ensure all machined parts conform to the required quality standards and tolerances.
• Maintain and operate machinery safely.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of precision instruments to ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to and enforce all safety guidelines and regulations.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in five-axis turning machines is an added advantage.
• Able to interpret engineering documents and Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings
