We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Delivery Manager to lead our Mercedes-Benz Brighton Pre-Delivery Centre and ensure that every delivered vehicle reflects the craftsmanship and quality synonymous with Mercedes-Benz.

Description:
About the Role
As the Pre-Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of the entire pre-delivery process for new, demonstrator, and pre-owned vehicles. You’ll lead a dedicated team and collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Parts and Stock Control to ensure every vehicle is delivered on time, perfectly presented, and fully compliant with Mercedes-Benz standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where your operational expertise, attention to detail and ability to drive efficiency will directly influence customer satisfaction and dealership performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the Pre-Delivery team
• Oversee vehicle preparation, detailing, accessory fitment and quality control
• Manage workflow to meet delivery deadlines and dealership KPIs
• Ensure strict compliance with Mercedes-Benz brand standards and safety processes
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and inventory management
• Work closely with Sales and Service to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections prior to handover
• Build strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers
• Promote a safe, efficient and high-performing work environment

• Experience in automotive pre‑delivery, service, workshop or similar operations
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a dealership environment
• Strong technical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
• Strong administrative, auditing and reporting capability
• A commitment to quality, safety and premium customer service
• The ability to build strong cross‑department relationships
• A current Australian driver’s licence
