ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

· Verifies and posts daily deposits and wires to the policy management system and provides the general ledger coding to financial accounting.

· Works with assigned NAICO agents & underwriting to collect premiums and to solve any problems.

· Contacts assigned agents weekly whereby NAICO has not received funding from AFCO.

· Follows up with assigned agents on return premiums that need to be sent to AFCO.

· Works with auditors to provide information as requested.

· Performs special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma required. Insurance and/or accounting experience a plus.

SKILLS:

Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and computer skills (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe) and clerical skills.
