As the Prep Cook/Line Cook, you must be willing to do whatever duties are required to have the meals prepped and prepared in a timely manner for the client. We are looking for a cook with previous Camp experience. This position includes cooking and serving meals in our main dining room for up to 400 guests. There is shift work which includes Breakfast, Dinner service and could include overnight and split shifts. At times, you will be in one-on-one contact with the guest while serving, so must be able to communicate clearly and comfortably in English. It is a priority to speak, write and read English. You must ensure the food is of the best quality and that there is a variety of products at all times and the quality of products meets established standards. You will be responsible for prep, cooking and service of the foods in a timely manner. You are also responsible to ensure kitchen is kept clean at all times throughout the process. You need to ensure temps are recorded at regular intervals and all safety and health protocols are followed and all paperwork completed. You will be part of a dynamic, family oriented staff and thereby willing to assist in other areas when asked. Giving you an opportunity to grow yourself.

Must have Basic Alberta Food Safe.

Must be able to engage our guests with excellent, professional customer services skills and have excellent English comprehension, including speech, reading, and writing

Must be physically fit, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods and reaching. You will be required to assist with unloading delivery trucks and putting away groceries.

Must be drug and alcohol free

Must have proven team skills

Shifts are 10 hours, Pay is $250/day, Rotation is 14/7

Meals and accommodation are included

Preference will be given to those with previous camp experience
