We are currently seeking a Prepress Plate Maker in Danvers, MA. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8 am 5 pm.

The Prepress Associate is responsible for the preparation of flexographic printing plates for mounting and printing on a flexographic press.

Duties include:

• Utilize machine for the mounting of plates.
• Conduct comprehensive quality control checks of mounted plates prior to shipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mounting equipment.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and regulations.
• Create bills of lading and packing slips.
• Responsible for the packaging and shipping of the finished product.
• Place all stock, plates and inks at press locations according to daily press run sheets.

Qualifications include:

• Mechanically inclined.
• Previous prepress experience is a plus!
• Ability to learn and train.
• Attention to detail.
• Good basic math and measurement skills.
