Key Responsibilities -
- Generate leads through cold calling, outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and position MyAnatomy solutions effectively.
- Customize & provide high quality product demos and presentations based on client needs.
- Convert demo engagements into paying clients with high success rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to prepare proposals and pricing structures.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals independently.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in EdTech, HR Tech, Talent Assessment or similar domains.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technology and explain it in simple terms.
- Comfortable with travel for client meetings and demos (if required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS-based solutions, assessment platforms, or campus hiring solutions.
- Experience working with higher education institutions and corporate HR teams.
- Strong networking skills in the EdTech or HR Tech ecosystem.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,127.19 - ₹34,615.70 per month
Work Location: In person
