Presales & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities -

  • Generate leads through cold calling, outreach, networking, and partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements and position MyAnatomy solutions effectively.
  • Customize & provide high quality product demos and presentations based on client needs.
  • Convert demo engagements into paying clients with high success rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to prepare proposals and pricing structures.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals independently.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in EdTech, HR Tech, Talent Assessment or similar domains.
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technology and explain it in simple terms.
  • Comfortable with travel for client meetings and demos (if required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS-based solutions, assessment platforms, or campus hiring solutions.
  • Experience working with higher education institutions and corporate HR teams.
  • Strong networking skills in the EdTech or HR Tech ecosystem.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,127.19 - ₹34,615.70 per month

Work Location: In person
