Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate, caring, and energetic Preschool Teacher who loves working with young children (2–6 years).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the school's curriculum.
• Conduct engaging circle time, rhymes, storytelling, phonics, numeracy, art & craft, and sensory activities.
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of every child at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom.
• Observe and record each child's developmental progress and prepare progress reports.
• Manage classroom behaviour using positive guidance techniques.
• Prepare teaching-learning materials and classroom displays.
• Organize celebrations, events, and school activities.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers, caretakers, and school management.
• Follow school policies, safety procedures, and child protection guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Early Childhood Education preferred).
• NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in a preschool or primary school is an advantage.
• Freshers with a passion for teaching young children may also apply.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
