Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and self-expression.
• Assess and monitor children's progress through observations and assessments, providing feedback to parents as needed.
• Establish strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative learning atmosphere.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space that meets health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends.

• Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children in an educational setting.
• Ability to create a structured yet flexible learning environment that accommodates diverse learning styles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in planning activities and maintaining records.
• Experience in implementing age-appropriate educational activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
