QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent level of education
• Must be able to pass a background and FBI fingerprint check
• LOVE children, be patient and kind-hearted
• Be enthusiastic and stern
• Be tolerant, dependable and possess a sense of humor
• Have the ability to follow a lesson plan and be creative with administering those lessons
• Facilitate a supportive, inclusive, positive, fun and engaging environment for our little scholars

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of preschool-aged children.
• Supervise and interact with children during activities to promote a safe and nurturing environment.
• Provide individualized attention to support each child's learning and development.
• Manage classroom behavior and foster positive relationships among students.
• Maintain records of children's progress and communicate with parents regarding their development.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the classroom.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
