About the Role

As a teacher at Growing Room, you'll have the opportunity to bring creativity and passion into your classroom every day. While we provide a weekly curriculum, we also encourage creative freedom and value your unique teaching approach.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that support children's developmental needs
• Create and manage a safe, welcoming classroom environment
• Support and monitor children’s growth through assessments and observation
• Maintain communication with families regarding progress and daily updates
• Support children with diverse needs, including those with special learning requirements
• Maintain valid First Aid and CPR certifications

What We're Looking For

• EEC Certification required for Lead Teacher roles
• Assistant roles available with high school diploma or GED
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check
• A strong passion for working with young children and supporting their development
