Presentation Specialist - Analyst

Job Summary:

As a Presentations Specialist within J.P. Morgan, you will be tasked with the creation and formatting of various documents including pitch-books, proposals, and other presentation types, all while adhering to our brand requirements. Your primary tools will be the Microsoft Office suite of applications, namely PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Your role will also involve creating visually engaging materials for both our internal and external clients. This will require a solid understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Shorthand/HTML dynamic presentation, and motion graphics to ensure the delivery of high-quality presentations.

Job responsibilities:

• Produce timely presentations demonstrating brand consistency and accuracy through the ability to proof own work
• Engage directly with bankers to ensure understanding of the information and data being shown, exploring the best way to convey it using creativity - in terms of color, imagery, layout and infographics
• Encourage Receive feedback and apply this to continuous improvements in quality output, develop capabilities for innovation and service excellence
• Embrace and build team relationships both locally and globally, collaborating on projects as required
• Possess passion to enhance presentation proficiencies by utilizing learning & development opportunities and tool

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in design i.e graphic design along with experience in MS Office, Adobe creative cloud and motion graphic and animation
• Superior design proficiency, experience in brand consistency, and ability to create high quality presentation decks
• Strong attention to detail, be able to accurately and creatively present financial data and insights
• Strong risk and control mindset - adaptability, willingness to learn, ability to pivot & manage change
• Solid storytelling techniques to effectively communicate message and engage
• Flexible in working hours/shifts to meet the changing demands and requirements of the business

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Knowledge of video editing software and understanding of generative AI
