Due to growth, we are currently seeking Press Operators at our Fairfield, OH facility.

Shift: Monday -Thursday Nights: 8:45pm-7:15am

A Press Operator operates Flexographic printing equipment to create a label product which meets the customers specifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate press and run print jobs.
• Read, understand, and follow production work orders.
• Utilize daily dispatch prioritizing production order due dates.
• Produce label product which meets the quality standards.
• Maintain equipment and identify raw materials and tooling.
• Accurately report production numbers daily.
• Conduct quality checks of finished product.
• Troubleshoot production errors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Check equipment for calibration

Qualifications include:

• 1 year of machining or related work experience
• Eager to learn and be trained
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Team player with positive demeanor
• Self-starter
• Detail oriented
• Good basic math and measurement skills
• Dependable
• Flexographic press experience is a plus!
