Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of academic delivery for the primary section (e.g., Grades 1–5 or equivalent).
- Coordinate curriculum implementation and alignment with school/board standards and policies.
- Monitor student progress, achievement data and help identify support or extension needs.
- Work with teachers on pedagogy, resource usage, teaching practices and professional development.
- Liaise with central/board committees, management, and head office for policy, reporting and compliance.
- Manage and oversee academic‑administrative tasks: documentation, assessment schedules, grade transitions, communication with parents, teacher loads, etc.
- Support events and programmer relevant to primary section: parent‑teacher meetings, orientation, competitions, co‑curricular activities, school assemblies.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, positive learning environment for students and staff.
- Mentor, support and supervise teaching staff in the primary section; foster teamwork and staff engagement.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management/leadership team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
