Job Title: Primary Teacher
Job Summary:
A Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners (Grades 1–3). The teacher plans lessons, delivers instruction, and supports the overall academic, social, and emotional development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons based on the curriculum and learning objectives
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Use creative teaching methods (activities, storytelling, games, visual aids)
Assess and evaluate students’ progress regularly
Maintain records of student performance and attendance
Provide individual attention to students based on their learning needs
Encourage participation, creativity, and critical thinking
Manage classroom behavior effectively
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress
Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and understanding with young children
Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching
Classroom management skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
Basic technology skills for teaching and record-keeping
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.Sc.)
Diploma or Degree in Education (D.El.Ed./B.Ed.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
