Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare daily lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines.
- Teach subjects assigned (English / Hindi / Mathematics / EVS / SST / GK / Computer, etc.).
- Use innovative teaching methods and activity-based learning.
- Complete syllabus within the stipulated time.
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
- Ensure student safety and well-being.
- Encourage participation and interactive learning.
- Assessment & Evaluation:
- Conduct periodic tests and assessments.
- Maintain student progress records.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain attendance registers and academic records.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Assist in organizing school functions, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
- Parent Communication:
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Provide regular updates regarding student performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
