CAPAAR Special School is seeking an experienced, visionary, and child-centric Principal to lead its academic and therapeutic programs. The Principal will be responsible for overall school administration, academic leadership, staff supervision, parent coordination, and ensuring high-quality special education services for children with developmental and learning needs.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in special education practices, particularly in Autism, Learning Disabilities, and other neuro-developmental disabilities along with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• B.Ed / M.Ed in Special Education from a recognized institution
• RCI registration mandatory
• Specialization in Autism / Learning Disability highly desirable

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Special Education
• Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the Special School.
• Oversee curriculum planning and implementation aligned with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate special educators, therapists, and support staff.
• Ensure effective implementation of inclusive, child-centered teaching methodologies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists and psychologists.
• Lead parent interactions, case reviews, and progress meetings.
• Ensure compliance with RCI and other statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, assessments, and student progress records.
• Promote a safe, structured, and nurturing school environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
