Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our school. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
- Lead and manage the teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Develop and implement innovative educational programs.
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents and the community.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
