Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Provide overall leadership to the school, managing daily operations and setting educational goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of teachers, support staff, and specialists.
- Ensure adherence to all educational standards and legal requirements related to special education.

Curriculum Development:
- Oversee the development and implementation of personalized and inclusive curricula based on students' needs.
- Ensure that teaching methods and resources are appropriate for students with varying disabilities.

Student Support & Welfare:
- Monitor student progress and ensure that individual educational plans (IEPs) are effectively implemented.
- Promote an inclusive school culture where every student feels supported, valued, and encouraged to reach their potential.

Staff Development:
- Organize professional development programs for staff to stay updated with best practices in special education.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance to teachers and staff.

- Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and the community to support student development.
- Organize regular parent-teacher meetings and other community outreach programs.

- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for the school’s programs and activities.
- Ensure that resources are used effectively to support student learning and development.

- Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities, stakeholders, and governing bodies.

- Handle any emergencies, conflicts, or challenging situations that may arise, ensuring a calm and professional response.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- B.Ed. or D.Ed. in Special Education (mandatory).
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years
