Job Description

  • Implement project-specific Digital Delivery and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligned with enterprise digital standards and client requirements.
  • Lead the adoption of model-based and data-driven workflows, ensuring consistency, scalability, and repeatability across projects.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives, including automation, interoperability, and process optimization.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple digital delivery workstreams across concurrent projects.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Revit (Structure), Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM 360, Dynamo, ProjectWise, MicroStation, RC CAD, OBD.
  • Strong understanding of model-based delivery, data standards, and information management principles.
  • Experience implementing BEPs, digital workflows, and coordination strategies on large, complex projects.
  • Project experience (Buildings, metros, airports) is a strong advantage.
  • Promote the use of Dynamo, scripting, and automation tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and repeatability.
  • Ensure structured data within models supports downstream use cases, including construction, asset information models (AIM), and digital twins.
  • Enable interoperability across platforms such as Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, ProjectWise, ACC, and Navisworks.
  • Support the BIM/Digital Manager in training, upskilling, and mentoring project teams in digital tools and workflows.
  • Establish and enforce QA/QC processes for digital deliverables, ensuring compliance with internal standards, ISO 19650 principles, and client specifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant digital delivery experience, or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience in digital design and coordination roles.
  • 10–15 years of experience delivering BIM and Digital Delivery solutions using ACC, BIM 360, and Revit (Structure).
  • Proven experience as a Lead Digital/BIM Coordinator on complex, multidisciplinary building projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate digital delivery across design, construction, and handover phases.
