• B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
• Candidates should fulfill the qualification and eligibility criteria prescribed by CBSE for the post of Principal.
• Strong academic and administrative background with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a recognized school, including 5 years of administrative/supervisory experience in a senior position such as Vice-Principal, Headmistress/Headmaster, or equivalent.
• Experience of working in a CBSE-affiliated school will be preferred.
• Candidates with proven experience in school administration, academic planning and excution, staff management and student discipline.
