We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care services to patients in their homes and facilities, following established care plans.

Requirements:

• TB test results
• GED or high school diploma
• Driver's license
• Auto insurance
• Drug screen
• Criminal background check

Physical requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

Job Duties:

• Treat each client with respect and dignity, fostering independence.
• Provide non-medical, hands-on care and companionship to clients.
• Tailor care to each client's individual needs as outlined in the care plan.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and document services provided.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, feeding, and personal care.
• Provide transportation for clients to appointments, errands, and shopping.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including changing linen, laundry, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and pet care as needed.

Shifts:

• Day shift
• 3/4-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday: Three-Four-hour shifts available
• Weekends available
