Assist in the analysis of new private equity investment opportunities.
Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and presentation of investment performance reports and statistics.
Assist the Head of Private Equity in the execution of investments.
Maintain strong and effective relationships with the Fund’s investment managers, asset consultant and other key stakeholders to support growth.

You have

Qualifications at an appropriate level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Bachelor’s degree in Applied Finance, economics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics etc).
Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Excellent critical thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
A member-first mindset and a drive to support long-term, sustainable outcomes.

What Sets You Apart

Experience in the area of Private Equity and/or finance.
Understanding and high-level knowledge of PE investment structures and performance attributes across Venture capital, growth equity and buyouts.
Fund accounting principles, risk management, and compliance—especially within the superannuation or asset management industry.
A genuine interest in superannuation and contributing to a purpose-led organisation.

We are a super fund that has an exceptional work culture, provides a diverse offering in developing our people and offer many benefits including leave outside of the legislative requirements and you can be a part of it while earning an attractive remuneration package!

Interested and suitably qualified candidates should submit a copy of their updated CV. We are reviewing applications as we receive them, so apply today to ensure you don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity!
