About this role:

The Sales Strategy and Operations Team ensures that the ever evolving sales organisation at JET runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting the sales strategy and driving flawless execution. Team members are strategic, analytical and have a pragmatic sense on how to get things done.

In this role you will be part of the Sales Strategy and Operations Team and directly report into the Head of Global Sales Process & Operations. The environment of SSO will become even more complex over the next year, with new initiatives. This requires a candidate who is ready for a very challenging role.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Lead the successful activation and adoption of extremely complex and impactful programs like 1SF in markets leveraging activations squads, P&T, Marketing and market representatives;
• Monitor progress & collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of activations in markets;
• Own, explain and drive fundamental design principles that require markets to radically change their way of working in their sales processes;
• Collaborate with global and local sales leadership to prepare key analyses, analyse strategic options and drive decision making on extreme complex business issues;
• Manage bigger escalations from Country Sales Leads around changing ways of working for 19 markets like discount pricing approach, role set up and bespoke ways of working;
• Proactively manage cross functional activation squads to drive organisational change, activation and adoption across all markets;
• You are typically the most senior person on the wider project team, therefore you are expected to mentor and coach junior project members.

What will you bring to the table?

• Extensive experience in owning and driving complex change management programs at global scale in large organisations;
• Strong consultancy skills shown at a big consulting firm;
• Advanced problem-solving skills to assist in resolving specific program issues, including identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions;
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations.
• Possess the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Performs well under pressure;
• Have the ability to think long term, looking at ways we can improve our processes for future programs;
• Experience in handling senior stakeholders with precise and effective structuring of key messages and outcomes;
• Based in Amsterdam or at a commuting distance from our office.
