W e are now looking for a Process Expert , Transfer Pricing to join our Finance and Control team supporting the paper business . Th is permanent position is located in Tampere or Helsinki , Finland.

What you will do

  • Own the end ‑ to ‑ end execution of operational transfer pricing within your responsibility areas , with full internal accountability for accuracy, quality and compliance

  • Prepare transfer pricing calculations and ensure timely posting requests and intercompany invoicing in close cooperation with Finance teams

  • Prepare and maintain intercompany transfer pricing agreements, ensuring alignment with group principles and business operations

  • Prepare and be accountable for in ‑ house TP deliverables ( e.g. TP local files and TP forms), ensuring compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulatory requirements, and review, validate and approve TP compliance deliverables prepared by external service providers ( e.g. CbC reporting , TP forms and documentation )

  • Work closely with external service providers on TP compliance and documentation, ensuring strong coordination, quality review and internal validation

  • Support the financial closing process and tax audits, providing TP ‑ related analysis, explanations and data to Finance and other stakeholders

  • Drive continuous improvement of transfer pricing processes, templates and ways of working, including system ‑ and ERP ‑ related initiatives


Who you are

You are a self ‑ directed finance or tax professional with a strong sense of ownership and a solution ‑ oriented mindset. You are comfortable working at the intersection of Finance, Tax and Business, and take responsibility for ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance in complex processes.

  • You have experience in operational transfer pricing or a solid background in tax, finance, or accounting, and you are confident in learning and applying transfer pricing concepts in day ‑ to ‑ day operations

  • You are analytical and able to understand, structure and validate complex calculations, processes and data flows

  • You are confident in reviewing, validating and approving deliverables, including those prepared by external service providers

  • You have strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with Finance teams, business stakeholders and external partners, with a proactive and constructive attitude towards change and continuous improvement

  • You are confident working with data and systems; experience with ERP environments ( e.g. SAP) and advanced Excel skills are expected, while other tools are considered an asset

  • You are fluent in English and hold a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; experience from an international or industrial environment is a plus
