Duties:

  • Report to Plant Manager or designated representative.
  • Support the production process through its management systems: Quality, HR, OHS.
  • Carry out duties following established Standard Operating Procedures and Work/Process Instructions in a manner that ensures the required standards are met.
  • Accurately record all activities through the required documentation processes.
  • Demonstrate a flexible willingness to cross-train and operate on multiple processes and products to meet the business needs.
  • Be proactive in all continual improvement initiatives and activities.
  • Ensure product quality and identify any deviations from specifications.

Education/Qualifications (Desirable but not essential)

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent
  • FETAC qualification in Pharmaceutical Processes or related discipline.

Training/ Experience (Desirable but not essential)

  • Beauty industry experience e.g. makeup artistry, nail tech, lash tech, hairdresser etc.
  • GMP training and SOP experience.
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in operating machinery in a regulated environment.

Terms & Conditions

Full Time, 12 month fixed term contract

Hours:

(applicants must be available to work all shift permutations)

Shift Cycles:

a. 2 Shift Cycle: 6.00am to 2.00pm, 8.00am to 4.00pm, 10am to 6.00pm,

2.00pm to 10.00pm, 10pm- 6am Mon-Fri.

b. 3 Shift Cycle: 6.00am to 2.00pm, 8.00am to 4.00pm, 10am to 6.00pm,

2.00pm to 10.00pm, 10pm-6am Mon-Fri.

  • Contract will allow for shift permutations.
  • Holidays- 20 days per annum pro rata, increasing with service to a max, 25 per annum.
