As Process & Performance Manager, you will work cross-functionally to drive the implementation of new processes and ways of working, and to lead the deployment of a performance management system.

What the job is …

We are a newly created team of Data Analysts and Process Managers who form the Business Performance and Improvement unit within Product Management. We are building up our team and our data strategy, and are on a journey to standardize and harmonize the way we operate and steer the business.

The role of Business Performance and Improvement is to drive all projects, processes, initiatives, analytics and automation required to lead the transformation of Product Management towards a process and data centric organization with strong collaboration and alignment.

In your position as Process and Performance Manager you will be required to:

  • Map and document as-is and to-be end-to-end processes in collaboration with the operational organization and the process community, following a lean approach. Define, implement and monitor process KPIs that are relevant to the business.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks, challenges and pain points that can be addressed through process improvement.

  • Provide training and information to the Product Management community in regards to processes, policies, etc to ensure a high-level of compliance and adherence.

  • Support and/or be a focal point for audits, both internal and external.

  • Launch and lead process and performance improvement projects that fulfill business and operational needs.

  • Implement new ways of working to drive agility and efficiency.

  • Deploy and document a performance management system (governance, KPIs, meeting cadence, visualization tools, etc) aligned with Satair’s operating system, Product Management processes and business requirements.

  • Monitor process performance, and provide insights, recommendations and actionable solutions.

  • Lead the automation of processes, tools, dashboards, etc.

  • A quick learner, with the ability of adapting and mastering several digital, IT and visualization tools.

Ideally, you have:

  • An MSc/MA in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in process / performance management and optimization, ideally in a large organization

  • Proven experience in project management

  • Knowledge about commercial and operational processes

  • Knowledge about performance management systems and operating model design

  • Knowledge of lean principles

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP

  • Fluency in English.
